These terms govern your use of the Compresssor app ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, in line with the App Store and Google Play terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as those store terms allow.
The app processes your videos on your device. You are responsible for your own files. The optional "delete originals" feature removes source videos only after a compressed copy has been saved to your library and you confirm the operating system's deletion prompt. We strongly recommend keeping a backup of anything irreplaceable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of or damage to your videos or data.
Compresssor Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks batch compression, automatic mode, and the home-screen widget. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. Purchases are handled entirely by the relevant store and are subject to its refund policy; the purchase can be restored on your other devices signed in to the same account.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that compression will suit every file.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
